Your new Deia devices carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for two years from the original purchase date. At our option and upon submission of a valid proof of purchase within the warranty period, Deia will repair or replace the product free of charge. Good news! Simply by maintaining valid proof of purchase for the duration of the 2-year warranty period, your new Deia devices will be covered under the limited warranty. Acceptable proof of purchase includes hard-copy store receipts, online purchase records, credit card statements (indicating the charge from Deia), or purchase history direct from www.deialove.com.
